Please join the Egyptian Theatre Preservation Association (ETPA) for the Theatre’s 100th Birthday Celebration, it only happens once a century!
We are excited to announce the celebration schedule of events. See below for the Members Only and Public schedule.

Nov 15, 2025 – Celebrating 100 years

Events between 2:00pm and 3:15pm are for ETPA Members and are by Invitation Only.
Events between 3:30pm and 6:30pm are open for the Public to attend at $5 per person, tickets sold at the door.

2:00pm-3:00pm (ETPA Members - Invitation only)

  • John on stage welcoming and letting people know what all they can do

  • First backdrop displayed during this time

  • Old time cars out front

  • Escort members to the auditorium as they arrive and hand out Pins and Pens

  • *Lee playing 1920's music as members eat and look around. (silent auction)

3:15pm (ETPA Members - Invitation only)

  • 2nd backdrop displayed (curtains do not need to close)

  • Emcee to announce everyone has a glass of champagne

  • Emcee to Announce Edward

  • Edward to take the organ

  • Edward to play as everyone gets their champagne

  • Champagne toast to an amazing 100 years and here’s to another 100

  • Announce the general public coming in

3:30pm (General Public)

  • Open doors to general public

  • Edward to play 1920's music during this time

4:00pm (General Public)

  • Curtains close to keep focus on emcee and David

  • Emcee on stage. Welcome and thank everyone for coming. Explaining that we hope to show where we've been and where we are heading. Introduce David Engholm.

  • David to give history of theatre and explain who Paul was

  • Emcee back on stage and introduce Edward. (David gives mic for Tribute to Paul)

  • Emcee introduces Quartet “Second Wind” who will be behind curtain (10-15 minutes) “Second Wind Quartet” singing for 10min

  • Open curtain with 3rd backdrop displayed for Quartet “Second Wind”

  • Mt Hood backdrop lowered

  • Emcee to thank Second Wind and Introduce Ripple Effect who will be behind mt hood

  • Curtains open and 4th backdrop displayed with Ripple Effect

  • Curtains close and movie screen lowered with recliners set up behind screen

  • Power Point being set up for sing along

  • Emcee to thank Ripple Effect and introduce Lee

  • Lee to give her speech

  • Emcee to announce Karen Quinn Tostado to perform (2 songs)

4:30pm (General Public)

  • Emcee back on stage to introduce a sing along

  • Sing along for about 5-6 minutes

  • Emcee back on stage to introduce silent movie

  • Silent film with organ for 20 minutes “Sugar Daddies” 1927 Laurel and Hardy

5:00pm (General Public)

  • Curtain close-movie screen up and recliners ready on stage

  • Emcee to announce Joel and Ron for a walk down memory lane (10-15 minutes)

  • Curtains open

  • Emcee back on stage to ask the audience what memories they would like share- mic to be walked around *curtain closes to set up for band

  • Joel and Ron can come back out to audience

  • Live Auction on recliners

  • John Beane Introduces Jill

  • Jill on stage to introduce board members - thank volunteers- thank members, donors, and important people who contributed to keeping the theatre alive and also audience if anyone is left sitting

5:45pm (General Public)

  • Emcee to announce time for cake and lead " Happy Birthday" song

  • Edward plays (10 min.)

  • Band to be setting up during this

  • Gather silent auction reports

  • Introduce band South Coast Trio and announce silent auction winners

  • John Beane leaves

6:30pm (General Public)

  • Concert 1.5-2 hours *South Coast Trio*

  • David to thank everyone for coming

  • Goodnight By Edward
